This is a nice snack or starter for you and is very healthy. It is easy to make in your home and you can take it for your camping.

Ingredients (For 3-4 Serves)

Chickpea 　1 can/400g / Lime 　１ / Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4tbsp / Garlic 2cloves / Tahine 2tbsp / Salt & Pepper Seasoning / Paprika Powder A little / Flat Bread

材料　(3-4人前)

ひよこ豆　　１缶/400g / ライム　　１個 / エクストラ・ヴァージン・オリーブ・オイル　大さじ４ / ニンニク　２片 / 練りごま　大さじ２ / 塩胡椒　適宜 / パプリカ・パウダー　　少々 / フラット・ブレッド
